What to wear/bring?
• Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes which will allow you to move freely. Shorts or jogging bottoms and a t-shirt are recommended.
• Sometimes we practice barefoot but most of the time you will need a pair of trainers. Any running shoe will suffice and often a cheap pair will be just as good as a more expensive brand.
•It’s really important to stay hydrated to avoid fatigue and tiredness. Bring a bottle of water with you so you don’t get thirsty.
